When sending support oriented tickets please remember to follow the following guidelines:

• Use a descriptive subject line to help us answer you more quickly and efficiently. "Can not use FrontPage to publish to www.domain.com" is far better than "help!!!" or "URGENT".
• Make sure you mention your domain name either in the subject or the body of the email.
• Use the email address that you specified on the order form. This is the only address to which we can send sensitive information such as passwords and account data.
• If you are reporting problems with your email account and that is the one on the order form, use a different email address for now. We will not be able to disclose sensitive information, but we will at least be able to contact you and work on the problem from there.
